The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Godstone Airport Express. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

Godstone Airport Express, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative to allow sufficient time for your journey, particularly for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Godstone Airport Express shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from your failure to allocate ample time or be ready for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 The responsibility lies with you to request a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Godstone Airport Express does not guarantee accommodation for an excessive amount of luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Wheelchair access requests should be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you. Prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be charged additionally. Any significant changes to the itinerary may lead to adjustments in the provided quote.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this will be charged at the standard Godstone Airport Express waiting rate. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is crucial to review and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Godstone Airport Express of any errors will absolve us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for any soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Carrying more passengers than licensed or insured is not permitted.

Cancellations

5.1 Promptly inform Godstone Airport Express if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellation after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may result in charges.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Godstone Airport Express assumes no liability for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car promptly.

6.4 You shall not hold Godstone Airport Express liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is put at risk, whether through abuse, violence, or damage, from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Godstone Airport Express may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to alter terms and conditions by updating this page. Review these terms regularly, and existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect when booked.

8.3 Data processing adheres to the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the full understanding between Godstone Airport Express and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any advantage or benefit to a third party, and no third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Godstone Airport Express is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
